Thank you all for your comments and suggestions regarding the Purple Shawl Giveaway. I am happy to give it away because I want it to go to a good home - I'm extremely uncomfortable with the idea of asking for money for it, even if the money went to a good cause! I enjoy knitting so much that it would feel greedy and rude to ask for even more.
I have signed up for Secret Pal 8 - my first Secret Pal swap ever! I will post my questionnaire tomorrow. I love sending and receiving packages, as I'm sure you all know by now!
Good thing for the day: Finished K's socks, and I will post them off to day. She's gonna love them! I could have just given them to her, but I figured it would be more fun for her to get a surprise package in the mail.
Bad thing for the day: A distinct lack of strawberry slices. E will know what I mean.

Yay! Packages are great - aren't they? I toyed with the idea of SP but wasn't sure. I might have another look now though. Looking forward to the tea and knit swap :) You never know I might get you!
